美國今年的「黑色星期五」意外成為槍枝購買的大日子。據 FBI 本周公布資料，這天已成為有紀錄以來，購買槍枝背景審查人數最多的一天。
據《USA Today》報導，今年 11 月 27 日，美國犯罪背景速查系統 (The National Instant Criminal Background Check System) 共處理了 18.5 萬筆購槍背景申請，為史上最多的一天。
FBI 多媒體部門主管 Stephen Fischer 表示特賣，今年的購槍申請人數，比去年黑色星期五 17.5 萬人，足足多了近 5%，之前的最高紀錄，是 2012 年 12 月 21 日，共 17.7 萬人申請購槍。
FBI 數據顯示，自 1998 年以來，他們已經審核超過 2.2 億筆槍枝的購買背景審查。而單日購買人數前十的日子，先前就包括 2012、2013 及 2014 年的黑色星期五。此外，當有重大槍擊案件發生，購槍人數也會激增，例如 2012 年 12 月，當時發生了 Sandy Hook 小學的槍擊案。
今年黑色星期五當天，在科羅拉多州也發生槍擊案件，造成 3 死 9 傷慘劇。美國總統歐巴馬在周六公開呼籲，要求加強對「武器戰爭」的嚴格控制。

劉奕兒和已故資深演員高鳴是祖孫關係，因為曾被爺爺叮嚀「一切靠自己」，所以鮮少人知道，在高鳴告別式當天（20日）才曝光關係，她23日在臉書上再次悼念爺爺，「我愛你，想你了。」並公開他年輕時的舊照，帥氣程度意外撞臉外國影星李奧納多（Leonardo DiCaprio）。

劉奕兒表示，爺爺高鳴體內流著武打明星的血液，所以讓家族中的每個人，都有個「強大的運動細胞」。高鳴也曾說自己得了「戲癌」，因為不演戲，身體就會渾身不對勁，所以劉奕兒也相當感謝他留給子孫的表演細胞，「我一定會虛心學習，像海綿一樣吸收養分，繼續強化他！」

劉奕兒在臉書上表示，覺得爺爺高鳴年輕時長得十分像李奧納多，並再次悼念爺爺，「我愛你，想你了。」許多粉絲看見高鳴舊照的模樣，發現深邃的五官和高挺鼻子，加上梳起油頭，真的和李奧納多有幾分神似，紛紛留言，「一家人顏值都超高」、「哈哈原來妳是混血兒」。

劉奕兒和爺爺高鳴感情非常親密，曾經向經紀人透露，自己的每部作品，爺爺都會看，也會互相討論要怎麼演，「（只要）阿公有稱讚進步，就會很開心。」所以當她接獲高鳴的自殺死訊時，完全無法接受，一度腿軟無法站立，蹲在地上頻頻發抖哭喊。
